Art. 272. Children who are legitimated by subsequent marriage shall enjoy the same rights as legitimate children.
DISCUSSION:
Even the child is not legally in born in such thing that her or his parents in not also legally married. He or she have the right to live as a legal or as legitimate child. He or she have the right to enjoy his or life as a person. Because in this world, god give us life not to fell bad but as a happy person and do our responsibility at the right time. And marriage of parents gives us legal status or authorization.
